Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Duration: 4 months, with possible extension
Job Description:
Description and responsibilities of the PSR assignment:
• Support inbound call center assisting with answers to questions related to pension benefits.
• Fast-paced environment with call volumes up to 50 calls per day.
• Not an easy job – requirements include plan specific knowledge upon completion of training, efficient systems navigation, excellent customer service skills and ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace.
• Candidate must be a knowledgeable expert who can educate and consult with a participant to help them make informed decisions.
• Anticipate tough questions and discussions by our customers about their pension benefit.
• Candidates should be committed to being here for the full assignment period and being on time.
Candidate Requirements:
• Customer service focused and they should demonstrate the ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong PC skills since multiple systems are used at once and the assignment involves talking and typing simultaneously.
• Candidates cannot miss any training. If any candidate is looking for a week or more of time-off in the next few months they should not be considered for this assignment.
